A Perth and Kinross that values, embraces and enhances the economic, social and environmental benefits of its historic environment.
Working independently and collaboratively, we will strive to preserve, enhance and increase understanding of Perth and Kinross's historic environment.
We are dedicated to seeing our historic environment creating benefits for communities through active participation in projects that enhance heritage assets, deepen our understanding of the past and its remains, whilst creating benefits through participation for residents and visitors. We want historic properties and areas across Perth and Kinross to be active, vibrant places which create employment, provide facilities for activities, whilst providing a positive, inspiring setting for daily life.
We deliver high-quality restoration, conservation and learning projects that provide real social, educational and economic benefit, including the annual Doors Open Days and archaeology outreach events attended by thousands each year.
WE NEED YOUR SUPPORT!
This can be a one-off sum or regular gift of a few pounds per month/year. You can donate through PayPal using the button below. We'd also encourage you to consider adding gift aid to your donation which enables us to claim back the tax at no extra cost, making your giving go further (eg. For every £1 donated we will be able to get an extra 25p from the government, giving a total donation of £1.25).
You can support us by providing practical help on our projects: contact the Trust to sign up to our volunteer database to get the latest information on what’s going on….
A gift to charity in your will is an ideal way to support the work of a local organisation that you care about. Charitable legacies are paid before tax is deducted, reducing the total amount of inheritance tax due from your estate.
All of our projects have social and educational benefit and are ideally suited to sponsorship by individuals or organisations who want to ‘give something back’.
If you'd like to find out more about any of the above, you can contact the Trust by email or telephone.
